Cedarbrook’s Favorite Jobs

This month we wanted to blog about something different and fun so we decided to share some of Cedarbrook’s favorite jobs with you.  Enjoy!

In 2013, we built this gorgeous outdoor living space in Frederick, MD. The deck is 800 square feet with a 306 square foot screened-in porch, and large paver patio area underneath. The decking is Fiberon, Rosewood color.  Between the living space and the landscaping, this project screams high end!

We built this unique diamond shaped deck in 2012 in Mt. Airy. It is a substantial 880 square feet. This striking decking is Fiberon Horizon, Ipe color. We love the fresh look of this one!

This project was constructed in Frederick, MD in 2014. It features a 665 square foot deck with a 250 square foot screened in porch. The decking is Azek, Morado color. The rich colors of the deck harmonize with those of the house and the rustic wooded setting creating a harmonious cohesion.

This 2015 project is located in Frederick, MD. The decking is TimberTech, Pecan color and the space measures about 450 square feet.  The homeowner utilized the space in the back yard to its full potential while at the same time creating a high end, luxurious feel with an under deck living space and pool!
